About
Kat Farewell graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London in 1996 with a BSc Hons in Psychology. She later went on to become a teacher where she developed an interest in nutrition and childhood obesity. This led her to undertake an MSc in Human Nutrition at Glasgow University, specialising in Public Health Nutrition, from which she graduated in 2005 with Distinction and co-authored a published paper about obesity in children. Since then she has also gained a diploma in Nutritional Therapy in order to offer a personalised approach to your nutritional needs in a clinical setting.
